This is an episode like no other. Roz White is a business mastermind. Roz is on the most awarded businesswomen on the Sunshine Coast and has been inducted into the hall of fame of IGA Global. Owning 6 Whites IGA stores across the Sunshine Coast as well as a number of property devleopments, Roz and her husband Michael are not only successful in business but they also ooze happiness in all areas of life. But it isn't all sunshine and rainbows as you find out throughout this chat. We were finsihed the interview and before Roz left the studio, we were openly talking about trauma and how we didn't feel appropriate to press into her specific challenges over the past 10 years. What happened next was truly profound. Roz went deep and opened up about specific events in her recent life that rocked her to the bone. Trauma that forced her to put on a positiive mask to the world, only to take that off at home each night and crumble. We were still recording and with Roz's due consideration she was happy to share it with you. Healing out loud is allowing somebody else to not suffer in silence.
